Ping Courier is operated by Prudent Enterprises LLC. This policy explains how we use information provided for pickup and delivery requests and the Ping Courier Delivery Updates text program.
We collect the information you provide when requesting service, including your name, mobile number, restaurant and pickup details, delivery address, requested timing, and any instructions you choose to include. We also keep request identifiers, delivery progress, payment-status records, and communications needed to manage the request.
If you choose delivery texts, we keep your consent choice and the information needed to show when and how you agreed. Messaging records may include the number, message content, time, delivery result and opt-out status.
We use this information to review and coordinate requests, assign deliveries, contact you about your request, process service payments, provide optional delivery texts, resolve problems and maintain business records. Please avoid putting sensitive information in free-text delivery notes unless it is necessary for the delivery.
Card payments are processed through Square. Do not enter card numbers or security codes into the delivery request form or send them by text. Square's handling of payment information is covered by its own privacy terms.
We give authorized office staff, the assigned driver, and a participating restaurant the information needed for their role in your delivery. We use service providers, including Google services for forms and app operations, Twilio for texts, and Square for payments, to support the service.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose other information when required by law or when necessary to respond to lawful requests and protect rights or safety.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.
Delivery texts are optional and are not a condition of service. Reply STOP to stop messages from the text program. Reply HELP for assistance, or call 719-508-8046. Choosing not to receive texts does not cancel your delivery request. See the separate Ping Courier SMS Terms for program details.
We retain information as needed for delivery operations, customer support, consent and opt-out records, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. We may need to keep a limited record of an opt-out so that we can honor it. To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, call 719-508-8046. We will review requests in light of the information we need to retain and applicable requirements.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The current version will be available on this page with its update date.
